BISHNAH, Dec 17: Senior leader of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Vikramaditya Singh today said that coalition Government of State has totally failed even in providing basic facilities to the people of border and remote villages.
“After the previous election in 2008 the people of Jammu and Kashmir had pinned hope from the Coalition Government that their day to day problems will be solved and their expectations and aspirations will be fulfilled. But today after the lapse of six years nothing concrete and encouraging has come from the present Coalition Government and also the hopes of the people have dashed to the ground”, Vikramaditya Singh while addressing the people in Bishnah Assembly Constituency, today.
Vikramaditya was accompanied by MP Tariq Hamid Karra.
Expressing concern over the lack of facilities in these villages, Vikramaditya Singh said that this is the reason that more and more people throughout the length and breadth of the State are inclined to join PDP.
People have full faith in the leadership of Mufti Mohd Sayed and party president Mehbooba Mufti, he said and added that the new PDP Government will ensure that the miseries, hardships and problems of the people are solved.
He appealed the people in general and youth in particular to vote in favour of PDP candidates in the last phase of election so that a stable majority Government is formed to ensure holistic development of all the regions of the State.
Speaking on the occasion, Tariq Hamid Karra cautioned the people against falling prey to the false propaganda and promises of other parties and claimed that these parties cannot form the Government. He said that PDP is a movement with a mission of making the State a model state of the country and this mission will be completed with the support and co-operation of the people.
