JAMMU, Apr 16: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has extended the tenure of Justice (Retd) Sunil Hali as Chairperson of the Committee for Fixation, Determination and Regulation of Fee of Private Schools.
As per a notification in this regard, issued by the School Education Department, the term of Justice (Retired) Sunil Hali has been extended for a further period of one month from March 31, 2026 (date on which his previous term expires, or till a new incumbent is appointed, whichever is earlier.
The extension has been granted under the provisions of Rule 4(3) of the Jammu and Kashmir Private Schools (Fixation, Determination and Regulation of Fee) Rules, 2022.
The notification further stated that all terms and conditions of office shall remain unchanged, as notified earlier.
