Govt committed to developmental agenda: Ansari

SRINAGAR: Minister for Information Technology, Technical Education and Youth Services & Sports, Moulvi Imran Raza Ansari, today visited Pattan constituency to review progress of various development works there.

During the visit, Ansari toured various areas of the constituency to take stock of various ongoing developmental projects. At Habbak-Tengo, the Minister directed the concerned to prepare a DPR for the construction of the bridge, so that the funds for the same can be arranged on priority.

He also directed the officers of the PHE Department to prepare a detailed DPR for construction of water filtration plant and iron removal plant at Hanjivera and KP Payeen. He also sanctioned a power generator to the health institute at GK Qasim.

While reviewing other development projects in these areas, he directed the concerned officers to speed up the work so that they are completed on time and their benefits reach to the people.

The Minister said that the present dispensation is committed to its development agenda and wants equitable and holistic development of all the regions of the State.
