JAMMU, Jan 30: The Government has cancelled the Notary Licence of Gulshan Kumar advocate within the territorial jurisdiction of District Court Poonch.
An order to this effect was issued by Secretary to Government Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs here today.
