JAMMU, Feb 6: Governor, NN Vohra, today reviewed the report received from Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD) regarding the filing of Annual Property Returns (APRs) for the year 2014.
Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD) has informed that 270 officers of the State Government belonging to IAS, IPS, IFS and KAS cadres had not filed the requisite returns which were due to be filed by January 31, 2015.
Secretary GAD has asked these officers to submit the Returns by February 12, 2015.
Raj Bhavan spokesperson disclosed that notices are being served by the GAD upon the defaulting officers, failing which action will be initiated against them.
