JAMMU, Apr 22: N.N. Vohra, Governor, today released “Corm-The Journal of Floriculture”, which is edited and published by Dr. Manoj Nazir of “Garden Glory-Human Empowerment Cooperative Limited”.
The Governor was informed that “Corm” is the first ever journal on floriculture which is being published from the soil of Jammu and Kashmir. Dr. Nazir, President and Chief Editor of the Journal, is a renowned plant breeder who has published many research papers, popular articles, abstracts, a video film in Hindi and English and a documentary on scientific cultivation of Gladiolus.
The Governor advised Dr. Nazir to continue his endeavours and raise the journal to one of international standing and repute.
