SRINAGAR, Aug 29: Governor, N.N. Vohra, Chancellor of the Kashmir University, has expressed grief on the tragic demise of Ashraf Ali Bhat, a senior student of Arabic Department in the Kashmir University.
In a letter to the Vice Chancellor the Governor has conveyed his sympathy to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
