GOC White Knight Corps reviews operational security, readiness in Rajouri

RAJOURI, Mar 24: General Officer Commanding (GOC) of White Knight Corps, Lieutenant General PK Mishra, today visited the Romeo Force area in Rajouri to review the security situation and assess the operational preparedness of troops deployed in the region.
During the visit, he was briefed by General Officer Commanding Romeo Force, Major General Vijay Mahadevan, on the prevailing security scenario and ongoing counter-terrorism operations.
The officers discussed measures to further strengthen the counter-terrorism grid and improve coordination among different units for better operational effectiveness.
The GOC reviewed the overall deployment and stressed the need for constant vigilance and high readiness in view of emerging challenges.
He appreciated the professionalism and dedication of the troops working in tough conditions and urged them to continue their efforts to maintain peace and ensure security in the area.
