JAMMU, Sept 13: GMC doctors and NCC cadets of Government (Boys) Higher Secondary School, RS Pura organized donations camps for flood victims.
In light of recent unfortunate events in Kashmir, 4 Jammu members of Indian Doctors for Peace and Development (IDPD) namely Sanchit Kundal, Jasmeet Singh, Ankit Prabhakar and Asrar Kichloo organised a flood relief donation camp today at GMC Jammu.
The students collected around Rs 34,500 and bought necessary medicines and eatable for the flood affected victims of Srinagar.
Meanwhile, NCC cadets of Government (Boys) Higher Secondary School, RS Pura conducted three days social-cum-humanitarian drive.
During the drive, NCC cadets visited shops, Government offices and houses of local people and collected donations for flood affected people.
A total of Rs 26,505 was collected and send to Prime Minister’s Relief Fund.
