UDHAMPUR, June 25: In an apparent case of suicide, a young girl was found hanging from ceiling fan hook at her house in village Sorpa in Krimchi Mansar, early this morning.
According to the police report, Rajani Devi (16), daughter of Bittu Ram of village Sorpa in Krimchi Mansar, was hanging from ceiling fan hook in her house under mysterious circumstances.
Family member saw her hanging and immediately called the Police, which rushed to the spot and took the dead body in their custody.
The dead body was later shifted to the District Hospital Udhampur for the postmortem and other legal formalities. A case has been registered in this connection for further investigation.
