Srinagar, July 15: There seems to be no let up in the cases of suicide attempts in Kashmir Valley and in fresh case, a girl from north Kashmir’s Kupwara district tried to end her life today.
A police spokesman said that a 21 year old girl, consumed some poisonous substance at her home in Haraie village of Kralpora area of the district.
“She was immediately shifted to the District Hospital Kupwara for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,” the spokesman said.
