UDHAMPUR, Apr 5: The students of Government Higher Secondary School, Landhar held a strong protest and blocked Landhar-Udhampur road against shortage of teachers.
Students of Higher Secondary School alleged shortage of staff. They alleged that school is working without Principal and total two lecturers are working. There are no Lecturers of Chemistry, Physics, Botany, Sociology, Zoology, History, Urdu and Dogri. The protesters alleged that due to the shortage of staff in the school, the students are facing manifold problems to get their queries solved pertaining to their subjects.
After getting the information about this, ZEO Pancheri and Naib Tehsildar Landhar rushed to the spot and pacified the protesters and assured the students to provide staff.
