GGF to solemnize marriage of poor girls

JAMMU, Jan 9: While stressing that communal brotherhood has always been the motto of Gandhi Global Family, senior Congress leader and former Member Parliament (MP) Janak Raj Gupta today said that the outfit has decided to organize about 1000 community marriages in the State for girls hailing from poor families.
He further said that the Gandhi Global Family will bear all the expenses of the event, including gifts to the couples entering matrimony.
Earlier, KK Gandhotra presented Gandhi Global Family broaches to members present at the meeting.
Kirtan Singh, president GGF Jammu Urban presented vote of thanks.
