GDC Nagrota, MAM College sign MoU to boost academic collaboration

JAMMU, June 6: In a key step toward academic partnership, Maulana Azad Memorial (MAM) College, Jammu, and Government Degree College (GDC), Nagrota, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance educational cooperation and promote joint academic initiatives.
The MoU was signed at MAM College in the presence of both principals, senior faculty and students. The collaboration aims to foster joint research, faculty and student exchange programs, workshops, and the sharing of academic resources.
Prof. Archana Kaul, Principal of MAM College, said the partnership would provide new learning opportunities for both students and faculty. Prof. Anjali Mahajan, Principal of GDC Nagrota, emphasized that the initiative would encourage innovation and community engagement.
“This MoU reflects our shared commitment to quality education and aligns with the goals of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020,” said Prof. Mahajan.
The event was attended by Dr. Neeraj Sharma, Dr. Neetu Singh (IQAC Convenor), Prof. Ruth K. Masehi, Prof. Shakti Prakash, Dr. Vandhana Ghai, Prof. Amitpal Kour, Dr. Om Raj Katoch, Prof. Gagandeep Jangral, Dr. Kailash Sharma and other faculty members.
