KATHUA, Mar 27: Red Ribbon Club of Government Degree College (GDC), Billawar organized a slogan writing competition as part of its AIDS Awareness Campaign.
Principal of the College, Prof (Dr) Nater Singh was the chief guest. Nearly 25 participants who participated in this competition wrote slogans on AIDS prevention, against discrimination associated with AIDS, AIDS Awareness, etc.
The content and theme of slogans were adjudged by a jury comprising Prof Sanjeev Gupta, Prof Joginder Kumar, Lect Arti Sharma, Lect Jatinder Kaur and Lect Pallavi Khajuria.
The slogans written by Shreya Mahajan, Lovish Himanshu and Sahil Pathik were adjudged first, second and third, respectively and were presented with mementos.
The competition ended with vote of thanks by Prof Sanjeev Gupta.
