JAMMU, Sept 17:To bring an awakening among the youth of the country Gayatri Parivar Jammu is organizing a rath yatra tomorrow from holy township of Katra.
The rath yatra will be flagged off by Speaker of State Assembly, Kavinder Gupta at 12 noon tomorrow. This was stated by Prof Parmodh Batnagar incharge of Northern States of Gayatri Parivar, A K Koul, chief Trustee of the Parivar and Sukhdev Sharma at a press conference here today.
The rath yatra of similar nature have already started from Kanya Kumari in South, Dwarika from West, Assam in East and in the North it will be flagged off from Lotus feet of Mata Vaishno Devi at holy township of Katra, they added.
They said all these raths will travel thousands of kms across every district of all states and Union territories of India.
These raths will awaken the youth and will guide them in following the right path for betterment of the humanity and Indian culture, they added.
These raths will also convery the message of the founder of the mission Pandit Ram Sharma Acharya and Dr Pranav Pandya, the present head of the All World Gayatri Parivar, they said . All the Raths will reach Nagpur before Republic Day next year, they added.
In Nagpur the programmes will end after a great national ceremony of youth on January 26, 27 and 28 next year in which around one lakh young boys and girls from all over India will participate. The president will likely address the youth at Nagpur, they added.
They said during the national ceremony all the participants will take the pledge of serving the nation by eradicating the evils from the society.
