Gagan inaugurates transformer at Salehar

JAMMU, Apr 16: MLA RS Pura, Dr Gagan Bhagat today inaugurated a 100 KVA transformer at village Salehar for agriculture purpose.
While inaugurating the transformer, the MLA said that it was a long pending demand of the farmers of the area which has been fulfilled now. While giving details of developmental activities in last about three years, Dr Gagan said the macadamizing of the RS Pura-Salehar road, Salehar-Chak Jagtu Road, and building road infrastructure was one of the biggest achievements of the BJP led Coalition Government in the State.
“In addition to that, creation of more than 60 transformers sub-station and upgradation of 45 transformers in the RS Pura constituency to improve the power infrastructure, construction of lane and drains in the villages which were lingering on for one or more reasons, providing 24 hours power supply through special dedicated feeder, opening of Blood Bank at the Community Health Centre RS Pura and construction of series of toilet complexes in RS Pura town were few achievements of the present Government”, he added.
He said very soon a bullet proof ambulance will also be provided so that during cross border firing the patient shifting becomes safer. He also directed the party workers to reach to every village and ward of RS Pura constituency and make people aware about the achievements of the Union Government and the Coalition Government in J&K.
Later on Dr Gagan Bhagat toured the village, met the locals and patiently listened to their grievances. He assured them to redress their all problems and announced that the work of community hall will be started very soon for the benefit of the poor people who don’t have enough money to spend at banquet hall.
