GAD’s directives to Advisory Boards

SRINAGAR, June 21: General Administration Department (GAD) today directed the Secretaries of all the Advisory Board to route all proposals through the respective Administrative Departments.
“It has been observed that various Advisory Boards working under different Administrative Departments are submitting their proposals directly to different departments bypassing their concerned Administrative Departments, which has been viewed very seriously”, said a circular issued by Sheikh Mushtaq Ahmad, Secretary GAD today.
“It is impressed upon the Secretaries of all the Advisory Boards to abstain from such practice and route their proposals through the respective Administrative Departments”, the circular further said.
