JAMMU, Sept 11: In the much publicized Dr Rubiya Syed kidnapping and killing of Air Force personnel case, Presiding Officer TADA Court Subash C Gupta today issued fresh production warrants of JKLF chief Yaseen Malik with the direction to Incharge Tihar Jail to produce him on next date of hearing.
The court also issued non bailable warrants against Shoukat Bakshi, Mohd Rafiq, Javed Ahmed Mir, Manzoor Ahmed Sofi, Javed Ahmed Zarger, Mir Rafiq Pahloo, Whajath Bashir, Manzoor Ahmed, Mehraj-u-Din, Zaman Mir and directed their sureties to produce them.
