Jammu, Oct 1: Jammu Chapter of the Ekal Abiyaan (EA) in collaboration with National Medicos Organization is organization health awareness and free medical camps in remote and far-flung areas of Jammu, Kashmir and Leh regions.
R K Koul, president, Ekal Abhiyaan Jammu Chapter stated this in a press conference, wherein he said that approximately 120 National Medical Organization volunteers from across the country including J&K are participating in the event.
M K Moza explained the details of the Ekal Abhiyaan and told that Ekal’s mission is to eradicate illiteracy from the face of Bharat.
Health awareness and free medical camps shall be held from next week of October, 2015 throughout the State including Kathua, Billawar, Bani, Basohli, Samba, Akhnoor, Rajouri, Poonch and other districts.
Rishi Kashap, Dr Satya Dev, Chander Singh Manhas and Dr Bias Dev attended the press conference.
