JAMMU, Mar 22: Regional Red Cross Society, Jammu in collaboration with Bee Enn Charitable Hospital and Hridyadeep Ashram, Jammu, organized a free medical checkup camp at village Pouni Chak, here today.
The aim of the camp was to provide proper health and medical facilities to the people at their door steps.
About 150 (100 General and 50 Eye) patients were examined by Dr Koushalya Sambyal from Bee Enn Charitable Trust and Dr Rohini Bhan, Medical Officer from Red Cross Dispensary.
They were assisted by Joginder Kumar, pharmacist and Anil Kumar, Sup ophthalmic.
During the camp, free medicines were also distributed to the poor patients.
