Free Ayush Health Camp organised by BVP

JAMMU, Jan 30: A free Ayush Health Camp organised by the Taushi Branch of Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP), J&K Prant was held here today. The camp was organised by BVP in collaboration with the Department of Ayush and the School Education Authorities.
The camp started with singing of the National Song “Vande Mataram’ by all present.
Dr Komal, Dr Madhu Sharma, Dr Dheeraj Raina Deputed by the District Ayush Officer Jammu, along with Sushil Bhola, Ayurveda Pramukh from the Taushi Shakha of Bharat Vikas Parishad examined and interacted with persons visiting the camp as also with the students of the school.
Ayurvedic medicines were also provided to them free of cost, as per their specific needs, by the Department of Ayush.
Speaking on the occasion, Ajay Khajuria, President of the Taushi Shakha of BVP thanked the healthcare professionals besides the School authorities, especially Kuldeep Singh, Principal Govt Middle School Barnai for the cooperation and coordinated efforts by his team in the provision of the requisite facilities to make the camp a success.
Bharat Bhushan Sharma, President J&K Prant, also graced the occasion besides other office bearers of the Regional, and Prant Bodies of Bharat Vikas Parishad.
In his address, Bharat Bhushan Sharma said, “We are delighted with the positive response from the community. This Ayush Health Camp is part of our ongoing efforts to promote traditional healthcare methods and create awareness about the benefits of Ayurveda. We believe that empowering individuals with knowledge about Ayush practices can contribute to healthier lives and communities.”
The camp was attended by several office bearers and members of the Taushi Shakha of Bharat Vikas Parishad.
