JAMMU, Apr 30: Four persons received serious injuries in two mini-buses collision at Kunjwani on Jammu-Pathankote National Highway this morning.
The ill-fated vehicles bearing registration numbers JK02AW-3349 and JK02BF-2068 were on their way to Jammu from Bishnah when they collided near Kunjwani, causing grievous injuries to four persons.
On getting information, police team from gangyal police station and locals rushed to the spot and started rescue operation.
All the injured were rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in police and other vehicles.
Later, one of the injured was referred to a hospital in Amritsar for specialized treatment.
The injured have been identified as Moti Ram, son of Randu Lal, a resident of Bishnah, Maltan Singh, son of Shanker Singh of Sarore, Vikram Singh, son of Aman Singh of Greater Kailash and Sanjay Singh, son of Ashok Singh, a resident Phylian Mandyal.
A case under FIR number 60/14 under Section 279 and 337 RPC has been registered at Gangyal police station and investigations started.
