SRINAGAR, June 11: PCC chief GA Mir, senior AICC leader and former Union Minister Makhan Lal Fotedar accompanied by senior party functionaries visited Kheer Bhawani Temple at Tulmulla and paid obeisance today.
Congress leaders while extending greetings to people, particularly to Kashmiri Pandits prayed for overall progress and development of the State and the people.
Later, both the leaders visited the Shrine of Muqdoom Saheb (RA) and paid obeisance, where both the leaders were offered turban.
Congress leaders also paid obeisance at the Shrine Dastageer Saheb (RA) Khanyar and prayed for overall development of the State and prosperity of the people.
On this occasion secretary JKPCC Irfan Naqib, party leaders Subodh Mukoo, Dr Syed Ahmad, Sahil Farooq, Aijaz Ahmad Sheikh, Mohd Yousuf Bhat and several other leaders were present.
