JAMMU, Feb 27: Fortune Hotels presents “Strands of Flavour, Parcels of Taste!”, a food festival at The Oriental Pavilion restaurant at Fortune Inn Riviera, here.
Showcasing the best of dim sums and delicious variety of noodles, the festival will run till March 8, 2015.
The special a la carte menu features a variety of carefully selected vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices such as Pan-fried noodles with Chinese greens and black fungus in ginger chilli sauce, Bah Mee Goreng, Egg noodles with mixed meat in XO chilli sauce, Phad Thai noodles, Singaporean rice noodles with shrimp, bell pepper and Chinese cabbage, Pakchol, corn kernel and sui mai, Assorted vegetable and silken tofu kothe, Shrimp, bamboo shoot and black mushroom sui mai, lamb, bell pepper, scallion and fresh coriander pot sticker.
All of this and many more choices will be served with chilli oil, spring onion dip, soya sauce and sweet chilli coriander dip.
Speaking on the occasion, Gaurav Singh Manhas, General Manager, Fortune Inn Riviera, said “The ‘Strands of Flavour, Parcels of Taste!’ promotion will present food connoisseurs the entire 10 days to savour the dimsums and Noodles delicacies of pan Asian countries.”

The cuisine at The Oriental Pavilion is a balanced mix of Chinese, Thai and Indonesian cuisines. Since, major part of the orient is heavily influenced by the Chinese cuisine; the menu lays a greater emphasis on Chinese food.
