Forest Ministerial staff projects pending demands

JAMMU, Nov 20: The J&K Forest Ministerial Staff Association has urged upon the Government to resolve the pending issues of the employees.
In a meeting of the Association held here today under the chairmanship of Sukhbir Singh, president of the Association, the members discussed the problems being faced by the clerical cadre. They demanded to remove anomalies in the pay grades of the clerical cadre, conduct DPC of this cadre, issue seniority list of clerical cadre, implement 7th Pay Commission report and enhance Medical allowance of the employees and pensioners from Rs 300 to Rs 3000 per month.
The participants said that the post of field staff and the rank of officers are created but the existing strength of the Ministerial staff has not been reviewed since more than five decades. The Association urged upon the Chief Minister and Forest Minister to intervene into the matter.
Besides Mushtaq Ahmed, president Forest Employees Federation Kashmir, Surinder Kour, Anita Sharma, Avinash Anand, Satish Ganjoo, Manmohan Singh, Vijay Kumar, Ravinder Kumar, Chander Parkash and others also attended the meeting.
