REASI, July 20: J&K Forest Department, Reasi Forest Division today conducted eviction drive and dismantled one mud hut (kaccha dhara) constructed in compartment 17/R , Nagote in block Bhomag of Reasi Forest Range.
In this operation, Forest Department retrieved 05 kanals of forest land from the illegal possession of encroacher. The land was encroached by some locals of the area.
The operation was carried out by the Forest team, headed by Block Officer Surinder Singh, under the supervision of Range Officer Vijay Verma and Jyotsana, Divisional Forest Officer, Reasi .
