UDHAMPUR, Dec 22: A Forest Guard was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his house in village Jagir, block Ghordi in Udhampur district.
The deceased was identified as Narinder Kumar (45), son of Shanker Dass. He was found dead by the family members who informed the police.
Later the body was shifted to PHC Ghordi for postmortem while a case has been registered under 174 RPC for further investigation.
Meanwhile, a driver and cleaner were injured when their truck rolled down into a gorge at Plater, Majalta, here today.
The injured, identified as Joginder Singh (driver) and Kuldeep Singh (cleaner), were shifted to District Hospital Udhampur and their condition was stated to be stable.
