RANCHI, Nov 22: Jharkhand High Court today directed inclusion
of the name of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and others for their alleged involvement in the fodder scam case.
A single bench of Justice R R Prasad directed the petitioner, Mukesh Kumar Singh, to submit facts and evidence on December 13, the next day of hearing of the sensational case involving the multi-crore scam in the 80s and 90s in the Animal Husbandry Department of undivided Bihar.
Besides Mr Nitish Kumar, the petitioner had also sought the inclusion of the names of JD(U) MPs Shivanand Tiwari and Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lallan Singh for their alleged complicity in the scam. (UNI)
