Five injured in matador accident

KATHUA, July 26: Five passengers were injured four seriously after the matador they were traveling turned turtle at Martha today.
According to police out of five, four seriously injured passengers have been admitted in District Hospital Kathua while one person with minor injuries was admitted in Sub District Hospital Basholi.
Police said matador was bearing number JK08 B 9780 and its driver fled after accident. Basholi police has registered a case under Section 279/337 and launched a man hunt for driver.
The police said the matador which was on way from Palasi to Martha was in high speed and though road was slushy and the driver without caring about the safety of passengers did not bother to control the matador resulting into its accident.
