Five injured in clash

JAMMU, June 17: Five persons of a family were injured in a clash that broke out between two groups in Dabbar area of Bishnah.
According to a police official, a scuffle broke out between two Gujjar families in Dabbar area of Bishnah late last night, during which members of both the families attacked each other with lathies and sharp edged weapons.
He said in the mishap, five persons including Manzoor Ahmed (47) son of Allah Ditta, resident of Dabbar (Bishnah), his wife namely Aruna Naz (45) and three daughters, Ujala Manzoor (19), Iqra Manzoor (20) and Fiza Manzoor (18), got injured. They were immediately shifted to Sub District Hospital, Bishnah from where they were later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu.
Bishnah police had registered a case in this connection and started investigations.
