Lucknow, Jan 25: Uttar Pradesh Government, led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, is taking out a five-day Ganga Yatra from January 27 to 31.
Eight ministers of the Central Government as well as ministers in-charge of the districts will participate in the Ganga Yatra. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat and Union Minister Sanjeev Balyan will be present in Bijnor.
In Ballia, Governor Anandiben Patel, Bihar Deputy CM Sushil Modi, State Jal Shakti Minister Dr. Mahendra Singh and Union Minister Mahendra Nath Pandey will be present.
Ganga Yatra will be taken through two routes. The first route will be from Bijnor to Kanpur and second from Ballia to Kanpur. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat and Union Minister Sanjeev Balyan will be present on the first day of the Ganga Yatra which will commence from Bijnor on January 27.
On January 28, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Dinesh Sharma, Union Minister Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti and Union Minister Sanjeev Baliyan will be present. On January 29, Cabinet Minister Suresh Khanna, Brajesh Pathak and Union Minister Prahlad Patel will be present. On January 30, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and Union Minister Babul Supriyo will be present.
Likewise, Governor Anandiben Patel, Bihar Deputy CM Sushil Modi, State Jal Shakti Minister Dr. Mahendra Singh and Union Minister Mahendra Nath Pandey will be present on the first day of Ganga Yatra on January 27 that will commence from Ballia and conclude in Kanpur. On January 28, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat will be there. On January 29, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, BJP state president Swatantra Dev Singh and Union Minister Narendra Tomar will be present. On January 30, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Dinesh Sharma and Union Minister Smriti Irani will be present.
The Ganga Yatra will conclude on January 31 in Kanpur. The concluding programme will be attended by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and BJP state president Swatantra Dev Singh. Ministers in-charge of all 27 districts will continuously be present in the five-day Ganga Yatra.
