SRINAGAR, Apr 1: Fire today gutted a Government school building in Panzgam in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Officials said that the fire engulfed Government Middle School Panzgam around 5:50 PM while the locals living nearby reached the spot to douse down the flames.
Also, the personnel from the Fire and Emergency Department reached and were able to finally douse down the flames, however, the structure suffered over 80 per cent damage.
The cause of the fire, officials said, was under investigation.
