SAMBA, Apr 8: The Education Department has filed FIR at Police Station, Ramgarh against the administration of Shiv Shiksha Kender High School, Gho Brahmna , Samba for cheating and deceiving the 13 students of class 10th.
The department has also constituted a three member Official Committee to probe the matter, Chief Education Officer, Samba, Suraj Singh Rathore said. The department has also filed an FIR in the Ramgarh Police Station against the School administration, he added.
Police also confirmed that a FIR Number 27 of 2021 under Section 420 has been filed in the Ramgarh Police Station against the school administration today.
It may be recalled that the school had collected fee and all other dues from the 13 students and granted them admission in 9th and 10th class on this pretext that the school is a recognized High School when it was only recognized up to class 8th.
The school administration was exposed before the students and public some days back after it failed to get the roll number slips of the 10th calls students for sitting in the annual examinations from Board of School Education (BOSE) with the result the students could not take part in the examination and one precious year of their life was lost. This generated a lot of public resentment and authorities after coming to know about the fraud played by the School administration initiated action against it.
