JAMMU, July 4: The Finance Department today called upon all Administrative Secretaries/District Development Commissioners to process cases on urgent basis wherever funds haven’t been authorized by the Finance Department for want of activities wise details, incomplete DPRs, lack of Administrative Approval and technical sanctions with a request to review their action plans and ensure their submission to the Finance Secretary immediately.
A Finance Department order said the detailed activity action plans submitted by the respective Administrative Secretaries/DDCs for the budget year 2019-20 have been adopted by the Finance Department and released.
“The work wise activities have been uploaded and BEAMS postal and subsequently 50 percent of the approved allocation of such works/activities expected to be completed within the three budget years have been released to enable the implementing agencies to commence and execute the approved works within the allotted budget in time bound manner,” the order said.
It cautioned that any kind of lapses may result in delay of authorization of funds for respective works/activities and the Finance Department may not provide any relaxation for any such cases where needful is not done by the department within time bound manner.
