JAMMU, Sept 5: In the much publicized Public Interest Litigation (PIL) highlighting alleged hushing up of Rajouri Development Authority scam, Division Bench of the State High Court comprising Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice BS Walia today granted two weeks time to the State for submission of status report.
After hearing Advocate Irfan Khan for the petitioner whereas Senior AAG Seema Shekhar for the State, DB granted two weeks time for submission of status report in compliance of the order dated 17.05.2017 whereby High Court had directed the General Administration Department to conclude the enquiry against the then CEO, Rajouri Development Authority within four months.
