JAMMU, Oct 28: An unidentified female body was recovered today from Nikki Tawi in Satwari area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesperson, the dead body of a lady aged about 30-32 years was spotted this afternoon by some locals in Nikki Tawi.
On getting information from locals, a police team from police station Satwari led by Inspector Manjeet Singh reached the spot, evicted the body from canal and shifted it to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification.
A case in this regard has been registered at police station Satwari and further investigation is on.
