MENDHAR, Nov 29: In a very shameful act, a 45-year-old man and father of four children, raped a 12-year-old school girl and made her pregnant.
The police identified the accused as Akbar Hussain, son of Kaka Shah, resident of Gohlad in Mendhar ( Poonch). The police lodged an FIR No. 170/ 2019 against the accused after the family members lodged a report. The girl developed pain in the abdomen last night and she was taken to Mendhar hospital, where doctors disclosed that this 6th class student had 4-months pregnancy.
The girl disclosed the whole matter and said that neighbour Akbar used to visit her house when she was alone and sexually assaulted her many times. The police arrested the accused and started investigation.
