SRINAGAR, July 18: Father tried to slit throat of his six years old daughter who is struggling for her life at a hospital in Kokernag.
A police spokesperson said that Mohammad Qasim Tas, son of Abdullah Tas of Ahalan Godole, Anantnag, tried to kill his six years daughter Sakina Akhter by slitting her throat with a sharp weapon. She was shifted to Sub District Hospital, Kokernag for treatment.
A case FIR number 93/2013, under Section 307 RPC has been registered in this regard.
