JAMMU, Apr 22: Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy and National Conference president, Dr Farooq Abdullah has fully recovered from pneumonic and chest infections and the doctors in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) would take a decision tomorrow on his discharge from the hospital.
Dr Abdullah today spent seventh day in the AIIMS.
“Condition of Farooq has considerably improved. Injections have been stopped. He has been put on oral medication. He was responding very well to the treatment”, the doctors attending on the Union Minister said.
Sources said the doctors treating Dr Abdullah would take a decision on his discharge from the hospital.
Farooq was admitted to AIIMS in New Delhi on Monday last after complaints of chest and pneumonic infections.
