NEW DELHI, Mar 3: BPO firm EXL Services has plans hire around 6,000 people this year and most of these jobs will be for entry level segment, according to a top official.
“In India, we have been hiring around 6,000 people each year and most of it is for entry level. There would be around 25 to 30 hirings for senior positions,” EXL Services Vice- Chairman and CEO Rohit Kapoor told PTI.
The company had a net hiring of 2,165 employees during its financial year ended December 31, 2012.
The total headcount of the company increased to 21,049 by end of 2012, compared to 18,884 people in 2011.
EXL has six offices in India which includes Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Jaipur, Bangalore and Kochi.
The company reported increase of around 23 per cent in annual revenue last year, at about Rs 2,432 crore, compared to Rs 1,979 crore for 2011. (PTI)
