JAMMU, Feb 25: An ex-serviceman has been arrested for manhandling cops in main town Akhnoor.
As per police sources, cops of Police Station Akhnoor were performing their legitimate duty in main town Akhnoor where ex-serviceman identified as Rajinder Singh, son of Krishan Singh of Naiwala Akhnoor restricted them from performing their duty and also manhandled them over some parking issue.
On getting information, police team led by SHO Akhnoor Inspector Hilal Azhar rushed to the spot and arrested the ex-serviceman.
A case under FIR Number 37/2021 under Section 353 IPC has been registered against the arrested ex-serviceman and investigation started.
