JAMMU, Feb 25: The Higher Education Department has cleared former Director Colleges, Prof. Yasmin Syed Ashai, of allegations of tampering with her date of birth.
An Inquiry Committee investigated the matter and found no wrongdoing, leading to her exoneration.
