JAMMU, Jan 12: Ek Saath Rang Mandal (ESRM) group here today staged street play ‘Pragti Ka Soochak’.
After retiring as a teacher, Khushal Ram spent his spare time in spreading awareness against drug abuse among the youth.
A group of students asked Khushal Ram (popular as Master Ji) that there are certain students who are being lured to drug addiction by some elements who have already fallen prey to drug abuse and now they ask others also to join them.
Master Ji asks them do to attend his campaign where he explains them the importance of education to build a strong character.
He also said that education is for the betterment of the society.
Finally, all the students were convinced and they assured to they will stop their wrong activities like drugs abuse forever.
The street play was witnessed and appreciated by many people.
Actors who performed in the play were Akshay Kumar, Sheliza Singh, Romnika, Darshna Devi and Suresh Kumar.
This street play was written, directed and acted by Vijay Malla.
