JAMMU, Feb 24: Ek Sath Rang Mandal (ESRM) staged “Parampra Kayam Rakhoo” in its Monday Theatre Series at Pacca Talab Park Rehari.
The play was written and directed by Vijay Malla and assisted by Anuroop Pathania.
The play depicts that the Parampara-tradition have to be kept alive despite of any kind of evils prevailing in the society. Why our traditions are rumbling, why we do not respect our culture, language costumes which are main pillars of our existence.
The play also depicts that we should not ignore our historical events, our country, old costumes which reflect our daily life routine of our society. These should not encourage drinking habits of petty labour who earn hand to mouth for their survival.
Our young generation should amend life style to suitability of a good and a rich society. Corruption in the daily life should be ended, with which we can build a great nation.
Those who acted in the play were Kanta Sharma, Qurat-ul-Ain, Nazuk, Shallu Kumari, Anuroop Pathania, Hitanshu, Atul Mehra, Rakesh Singh and Vijay Malla.
The people who witnessed the play were Ashwani, Rani Devi, Ram, etc.
