JAMMU, Nov 25: Ek Saath Rang Mandal (ESRM) staged its 64th play ‘Muskurahat Failaao’ at its headquarters, Laxmi Nagar, Sarwal, here today which was written and directed by Vijay Malla and assisted by Anuroop Pathania.
The theme of the play is all about brotherhood, love and affection amongst all the communities in the State and elsewhere throughout the country as also the world.
The theme was also about how we can preserve our centuries old tradition of co-existence- Mahab Nahin Sikhata Aapas Mein Bair Rakhna; Hindi Hain Hum Watan Hain, Hindostan Hamara. The play depicted the message of our saints and seers like GHautram Buddh, Guru Nanak Dev and Mahaveer Ji. The main stress was laid on keeping alive the spirit of oneness and ethos of cultural traditions.
Romesh Pappu, general secretary, Unison Culture Troup and vice president of IPTA was among the audience who witnessed the play and appreciated the theme as also the talent of ESRM actors.
Actors who performed in the play were Anuroop Pathania, Atul Mehra, Arun Singh, Qurat-ul-Ain, Vikram Singh, Ankush Malla and Vijay Malla.
