JAMMU, Aug 27: Ek Sath Rang Mandal (ESRM) today presented Vijay Malla’s new progressive nukkad “Chinese Dhaga Ghatak Hai” under its Monday Theatre Series at Municipal Park, Pacca Talab, Rehari Chungi.
The nukkad educated the people, particularly children about ban on use of Chinese thread for kite flying due to its harmful effects. It has been declared dangerous and injurious for mankind, animals and birds. This fatal thread has taken many innocent lives in the country.
In the nukkad, a social group of people are on their toes with the message to stop this thread which has very dangerous repercussions. They made people aware how Chinese thread is dangerous and injurious to common people.
This social group appeals all parents to check their children and stop them using this thread. “We can see many people, particularly children, admitted in different hospitals and clinics because of injuries they have got by this particular thread”, the group told people.
The nukkad had a message for the people that being parents they should never encourage their children to use Chinese thread for kite flying.
Actors who acted in the nukkad were Raju Mad, Shelly, Shahid, Vijay Kumar, Harsh Mahajan, Ashok, Bunty, Ashish, Sameer, Ayub, Arjun, Hameed and Vijay Malla.
Santokh Singh and Vijay Kumar (famous folk singer and dancer from Kishanpur, Manwal were also part of the nukkad.
This nukad was written and directed by Vijay Malla.
