Srinagar: An encounter has started in Anantnag in Munward. At least two terrorists are believed to be trapped. The terrorists named Umar and Altaf Kachroo belong to the Hizbul Mujahideen terror camp. The Police, Army and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) are carrying out operations.
