Whereas, Ms. Shazia Mushtaq was appointed as Assistant Research Officer vide Government Order No. 240-PW (R&B) of 2010 dated 29-06-2010 after the recommendation of J&K-PSC; and
Whereas, Ms. Shazia Mushtaq has joined the duties on 17-07-2010 and is working in the department till date; and
Whereas, Ms. Shazia Mushtaq is only officer working as Assistant Research Officer on substantive basis in the department as per the information given by the Chief Engineer, DIQC vide letter No. CE/DIQC/ J/ 2362 dated 17.12.2015; and
Whereas, the seniority of the Assistant Research Officer is required for higher placement/ regularization of members of the service; and
Whereas, before notifying the final seniority of the Assistant Research Officers, a tentative seniority needs to be notified for the knowledge of the members of the service and objections, thereof, if any.
Now, therefore, the tentative list of Assistant Research Officer as it stood on 31-08-2016 has been framed as annexure to this order. The members of the service are, accordingly, directed to file their objection, if any, in the Administrative Department (HRM Section) through their notified for inviting objections from the members of the service, if any, within 21 days.
Now, therefore, a tentative seniority list of Executive Engineers (Mech) who have been regularized/ promoted after 01-08-2009 has been framed as per Annexure to this order. The members of the service are accordingly, directed to file their objections, if any, in the Administrative Department (HRM Section) through their respective Heads of Department within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance/ publication of this order with valid proof in support of their claim failing which it shall be presumed that nobody has any objection and the seniority list so framed shall be treated as final.
