Sub:- Interview for the contractual positions of MIS Officer and MIS Assistant in J&K State Rural Livelihoods Society (Umeed).
Whereas, this Society conducted the written test of the candidates for the above positions through National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) on 14.06.2015 both at Jammu and Srinagar;
Whereas, based on the performance of the candidates in the written test a merit list has been prepared by the NIELIT, which is available on our official website www.umeedjk.in for information of all the concerned;
Whereas, it has been decided that in order to ensure good quality of human resource only those candidates should be put to interview as have achieved 50% or more marks in the written test for both the posts.
Now, therefore, it is notified for information of all the concerned that the interview of the candidates from S.No.l to 7 in the merit list for the post of MIS Officer and from S.No.l to 25 in the merit list for the post of MIS Assistant shall be held on 06.07.2015 at 10.30 AM in the office chambers of Mission Director, JKSRLM at Srinagar. Jammu based candidates shall also appear for interview at Srinagar and no separate interview shall be held at Jammu.
Since permission to appear in the written test was provisional in nature, as such the candidates shall bring alongwith them all the testimonials in original at the time of interview. Failure to do so, shall debar the candidate from appearing in the interview.
Note:
1. Merit list of the candidates is also available on our official website www.umeedjk.in for information of the candidates.
2. The candidates shall bring alongwith them all the testimonials in original at the time of interview.
3. Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated/tampered documents/testimonials or making false, incorrect or suppressing material information, shall render him/her liable for criminal prosecution under law.
